Energy Saving Comparison between Inverter and non-Inverter Technology
Principle of Energy Saving:
The non-frequency conversion unit adjust the exhaust gas demand by adjusting the intake valve, and the frequency conversion unit adjusts the exhaust gas demand by the motor frequency conversion method. The energy saving difference between the two is as follow :
Assumed condition: average loading rate 70%, yearly 8.000 working hours, electricity cost US$ 0.1 per KW/h, typical setting of non inverter air compressor. Inverter compressor setting to be change into standby mode when inverter reached lowest rotation speed.
Energy saving calculation : wasted electricity during unloading + wasted electricity during loading
